[Casey] I merely complimented Yash for his persistence. Whether it is to his
advantage, or not, does not matter in the slightest bit.
[Hermit] I would take issue with "merely" - you said quite a bit more than
just that. I also wonder whether his dogged persistence is admirable.
[Hermit] I agree that his reaction should not change your thoughts - but
while knowing why you did so, admit to wishing that you had not bothered to
express them just now. Yash undoubtedly translated them into an affirmation
no matter how they were meant. And the last thing that we need to do is
provide him any sort of "reward."
[Hermit] The sooner that he acknowledges his errors - or leaves (and seeing
that Yash has suggested that I "fuck-off" at least three times, this latter
seems like the more desirable option), the sooner this mail-list can revert
to being fun. The more support that his ego-deficient personality thinks
that it is obtaining here, the longer he is likely to spend stinking up the
list.
