[Joe Dees]
It's what I would expect from the former humanitarian aid coordinator for
Iraq; it is in the interests of such people to have such regimes remain in
place so that they can have jobs. One wonders why he is the *former*
 UN Iraqi HAC.

[Z]
This REALLY doesn't make sense. He wants sanctions lifted. He wants to
help rebuilt Iraq, so 4,000 children aren't dying a month. He can't just be
doing it so he can have a JOB.

[CNN Moderator]
He served as the U.N.'s humanitarian coordinator in Iraq beginning September
1, 1997,
but resigned thirteen months later in protest over the U.N. sanctions on
Iraq.

[Z] He doesn't sound job-hungry to me. And that explains why he's the
*former* UN Iraqi HAC, by the way - in the message, which you presumably
read. Why the ad hominem, while totally ignoring all the man says?
