Johannesburg - More than 15 Nigerian nationals have been arrested in
raids in Johannesburg and Midrand by the Scorpions unit.
The Nigerians have been allegedly defrauding international investors by
using a website similar to that of the South African government.
Computers, fax machines, scanners and cellphone-tapping devices were
