    The topic of building up CoV has been in hibernation for some time. I wanted to draw the attention of the mailing list subscribers to this thread started by Matt Arnold in the BBS, in case you want to offer any thoughts:

    A problem which somehow hinders initiatives by fresh virians is that there is a "reputation>6" rule for editing the Wiki, to protect it from defacement (it has happened in the past), but this is not hard to address.
