....i think i speak for zloduska when i say that i dont hate america, i hate
what it's turning into, and i hate most the fact that it is doing so whilst
in a position to truly be a freedom-loving modern utopia of sorts. consider
the young age of our nation, consider that many european nations are
bursting at the seams with overpopulation, consider that they dont have 1/10
of the resources we have, maybe not even 1/50th...and yet they enjoy very
rich lives; happy and free lives that americans cant even imagine anymore.
sure they dont have the economic freedom that we still do in this country,
but that too will vanish in time as our population rises, and claims are
laid every 30ft for whatever opportunities still remain. i used to enjoy
playing chess in Montemarte every sunday with my macedonian friend Alex
while drinking wine and eating cheese....but that would make me a criminal
here. i also got some pleasurable exercise out of rollerblading from my
house down to the louvre and back, but i got a 60$ citation for that here.
my terrier "stinky" used to enjoy romps in the park and through the metro in
Paris, but i'd get cited here. dont even get me started on the differences
of liberty in Brasil! hell, americans dont even talk to each other on the
streets!!

Let's just go back to the basics shall we? Although our opinions and beliefs
were twisted around and around almost until we could eat them like a
cinnamon pretzel twirl, I want to set things straight with my new idea.
I don't care if you hate America as long as you think of ways to improve
America. You want lower taxes with more benefits? Think of a balance of the
two that you would accept if proposed by the government. If you hate
America, explain why, and fight the issue. Don't run from situations you
don't like. You did that during the Vietnam War days. This is the year 2002.
It is a New Age of Deeper Thinking and a Cornerstone in Advancement
Philosophy.
If you hate America, remember that Americans are America. That's right. We
are America. Without the citizens, there'd be no America. So if you hate
America, declare that you also hate Americans. If you hate Americans, accept
that fact that you are anti-American.
But please if you hate America, don't kill Americans. Don't plunder their
homes and ransack the cities. Please don't send any more buildings tumbling
down to the ground. Don't make any craters in our land. Just hate America
for whatever reasons you choose.
If you choose to just run from problems instead of facing them, I won't stop
you or try to convince you otherwise. I won't command assassins to make you
disappear. Cowardness is in human nature and it is also expected of humans
to run and hide. But if you choose to run and fight... Stand your ground.
I am saying this not only for your benefit, but for my benefit. I don't want
this thread to become any more of a nuisance and a monster than it already
is. And I don't want to have a big Ad Hominem war. I don't want nuclear
missiles flying because of our disagreements.
Let's work things out. Let's change the world.
