Rule #1 in the torture game is that you always kill the person you tortured after you got the info. The last thing you need are dangerous leftover liabilities.

The real torture probably went undocumented, but we do know that hundreds of iraqis died in American prisons. Good chance that some died after being tortured.

This “frat-boy hazing cum abuse” looks suspiciously like smoke.
